Kickle — Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Kickle: Football Quiz and Kickle: Soccer Quiz & Trivia (the "Application"), a mobile app provided by Ediz Yilmaz (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a freemium service and is intended for use as is.
Information the Application collects
Kickle does not require account registration, an email address, a phone number, or a real name. The Application may collect or process the following information:
- User ID: a random app-generated identifier stored on your device and used for leaderboard ranking and purchase entitlement checks.
- Display name: the short leaderboard name you choose in the Application.
- Approximate location: your country or region, derived from device locale or by advertising partners, used for regional leaderboards and advertising.
- Gameplay data: score, accuracy, streak, game mode, app version, premium status, and played timestamp for leaderboard functionality.
- Purchase history and subscription status: used to provide Kickle Pro features and remove ads for eligible users.
- Advertising data and device identifiers: collected by advertising partners to show and measure ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency and consent choices.
- Usage, performance, crash, and diagnostic data: collected to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Application and advertising services.

Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

Advertising, tracking, and consent
Kickle may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. On iOS, the Application asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier where required. In regions where additional consent is required, Google User Messaging Platform may present privacy choices for personalized ads and related processing.
You can change tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Users in applicable regions may also be shown Google privacy choices in the Application.
In-app purchases
Kickle offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions, including Kickle Pro. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple, and subscription status is managed with RevenueCat. The Service Provider does not receive your payment card details.
Data sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the Application, including leaderboard hosting, advertising, consent management, purchase management, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Leaderboard and premium entitlement records may be retained while needed to provide the Application, maintain score history, prevent abuse, and support purchase-related features. Diagnostic and advertising data is retained according to the policies of the relevant third-party providers. You may request deletion of data associated with your app-generated user ID by contacting the Service Provider.
Your choices and rights
- You can stop all future collection by uninstalling the Application.
- You can reset or limit advertising tracking using iOS privacy settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your app-generated user ID.

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so the information can be deleted.
